Images in facebook.com/bdandrewsphoto albums or instagram.com/bdandrewsphoto can be shared or reposted on individual/personal facebook/instagram accounts with “© Photo Credit: @bdandrewsphoto” only. Companies, Teams, Venues, Events, Sponsors, or other non personal accounts must request permissions or purchase rights before posting. Photo Shoot Packages

  • Basic Package – 1-4 Members, 2 hour Session, 1-2 outfits, 15 Final Edits. (PLR). Starting at $200.
  • Group/Team Package – 5-15 Members, 4 hour Session, Action Shots & Head-shots, Proof Disk, 50 Final Edits. Starting at $800.00 (RML).
  • Additional – Final Edit Images- $75 for 15 Images or $10.00 Each. (PLR).
  • Original Unedited Shoot Files – original raw or jpg unedited, non-retouched images from shoot. (PLR) $100. (DR) $250
  • Commercial Shoots-  Price to be determined by clients needs and size of productions. (RML).
  • Race/Event Photography-  Select images or Disk of All Images for PR and Editorial available. Price to be determined by scope, clients needs and final intended use of images.   (DR) or (RML) Please contact us for inquiries.

Commission Work- (Contact for Details)

I am available for commissioned assignments. If you are needing a photographer for an assignment, please contact me. Advertising photography, editorial assignments, portraits, sports, sport teams, stock, photojournalism, corporate work or other needs, just contact me with the information. Fees are dependent on specific requirements of the job description and reproduction licenses. Rates will be determined by print usage, distribution, size and other criteria. Photographer retains rights of image(s).

Types of Image Licenses & Releases:

All intellectual property created by B.D. Andrews is protected under Federal Copyright Law. Please review the different types of Image Licenses & Releases we provide. As always we want to provide the best for our clients.

 

Personal Limited Rights (PLR)

Use of image(s) is restricted to personal use only. Highest available Resolution Image sent to client via email, disk or online download. For own personal use; not for resale, commercial, advertisements, or promotional use. Can be used on Personal Websites only (no team, company or sponsor sites). Photographer retains rights of image(s).

Commercial Online Rights (COR)

Use of image(s) restricted to Client Commercial online use for editorial, social media and website promotional use only. Team websites are also considered commercial. Image sent to client via email or online download. Photo Credit line “B.D. Andrews Photography” must be used.  Not to be used in print media, with added copy, sponsor promotions, event, or commercial advertisement outside of client domain site or for other products. Teams and their Sponsors are consider as Shared Clients. Photographer retains rights of image(s).

Distributed Rights (DR)

Use of image(s) for Companies, Team use or Sponsors of team use. Image(s) can be used in print media, advertising, web use on commercial sites, digital media. Photo Credit line “B.D. Andrews Photography” must be used. Image(s) cannot be sold or used in material that is sold outside of advertisements. (see Rights-Managed License).  High Resolution Image sent to client via email or online download. Teams and their Sponsors are consider as Shared Clients. Photographer retains rights of image(s).

Rights-Managed License (RML)

Use of image(s) restricted to negotiated terms. Negotiations can include ability to sell or use image(s) in products that are sold, removal of credit line, and exclusive rights to image(s). This includes use in all types of print media, sold catalogs, advertising, web use on commercial sites, digital media and other uses. Rates will be determined by print usage, distribution, size and other criteria. Please include details of use when asking for a quote.  Photographer retains rights of image(s).

Editorial License (EL)

Use of image(s) for Editorial Publication only. Use in Newspaper, Online News, Magazine, and other digital or print media. Rates will be determined by print usage, distribution, size and other criteria. Photo Credit line “B.D.Andrews Photography” must be used. Please include details of use when asking for a quote.  Photographer retains rights of image(s).
